Terms of Service for AgencyMod

1. Provider

AgencyMod is provided by Agency Scripts, Sole Proprietor: Leon Rudolf, Die Halde 2, 64853 Otzberg, Germany, email [email protected] ("we").

2. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the AgencyMod Discord bot, the dashboard at bot.agencyscripts.dev and AgencyMod Premium. By adding AgencyMod to a server, by using its commands or by logging in to the dashboard you accept these terms. Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply in addition.

3. The service

AgencyMod offers free features (for example moderation, tickets, logs, welcome messages, button roles, FiveM tools, monitoring, the counting game and the server list) and paid Premium features (AI features and branding such as a custom bot nickname). The features and limits in force are the ones described on bot.agencyscripts.dev at the time of use. We continuously develop AgencyMod and may change or remove free features. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, for example during maintenance or when Discord itself is unavailable.

Auto moderation, including image recognition, works with patterns and probabilities. It can remove messages by mistake or miss violations. Each server's team decides on punishments on its server: it can lift any automatic punishment in the log and report false detections to us.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Use AgencyMod only in line with applicable law and with Discord's rules.
  • Do not use AgencyMod to send spam, to harass people, to distribute illegal content or to get around Discord's limits.
  • You are responsible for the texts, commands, knowledge and settings you enter for your server, and for the permissions you give the bot.
  • Do not attack, overload or reverse engineer AgencyMod, the dashboard or our infrastructure.
  • Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience: no insults, no advertising, no personal data of other people and no reviews in exchange for rewards. Server teams and we may hide reviews that break these rules.

We may restrict or end the use of AgencyMod for servers or accounts that break these rules.

5. AI features

AI answers are created automatically, are marked as AI answers and can be wrong. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial or other important decisions. AI features come with usage limits. The AI levels (AgencyAI v1, v1.5 and v2) use up the limit at different speeds; in the automatic mode AgencyMod picks a level for each question.

6. Premium

  • Prices: the prices shown on bot.agencyscripts.dev are final prices. No VAT is shown according to § 19 UStG (German small business rule).
  • Per server: Premium applies to the one Discord server it was bought for. On request we move it to another server of yours.
  • Subscription: the monthly subscription is paid through PayPal and renews automatically each month until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the dashboard (button "Cancel contract") or in your PayPal account. Premium then stays active until the end of the period already paid.
  • Lifetime: the one-time purchase unlocks Premium for that server for as long as we offer AgencyMod Premium, without further payments.
  • AI top-ups: while Premium is active you can buy additional AI usage for a server as a one-time payment (for example +100 % or +500 % of the weekly AI allowance). A top-up applies only to that server, is used once the weekly allowance is used up and stays available as long as the server has Premium.
  • Free trial: every server can redeem one free week of Premium, once per server and once per Discord account. It ends automatically and does not turn into a paid plan.
  • Partners: official Agency Scripts partners receive Premium free of charge for as long as the partnership lasts.
  • When Premium ends, Premium features switch off automatically. Your settings stay saved and work again as soon as Premium is active again.

7. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a Premium purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise it, send us a clear statement (for example by email to [email protected]). To meet the deadline it is enough to send the statement before the period ends.

Effects of withdrawal: we refund all payments we received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days, using the same payment method. If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount proportionate to what was provided until you informed us of the withdrawal.

Early start: at checkout you can ask us to start Premium immediately. You then confirm that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable if we breach an obligation that is essential for the contract, and then only for the typical damage that could be foreseen. For free features we are only liable for intent and gross negligence. You are responsible for regular backups of your server settings and content.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for good reason, for example because of new features or changed law. We announce changes in the dashboard in advance. Subscribers can cancel before the changes take effect.

10. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If a provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. If the language versions differ, the German version prevails.
